Berry Patch in Ocean Park

Went Easter Sunday after diggin,he place was slammed! The only waitress quickly got our table of 8 seated,she was gracious and not stressed,the food was a little slow but everything was wonderful. They could of used more help!!

We had a wonderful lunch today and service was great. I would have given it 5 stars but the soda prices are rediculous.

Great services and some great food.

Was served still frozen chicken. DO NOT EAT HERE Multiple health infractions from mold to a dirty kitchen to food prep procedures.Overpriced for tiny portions not that it matters after your sick!!!

Don't stop here, The waitress was rude upon entry, she had 3 tables in the entire place, she finally took our order, we waited, and waited and finally saw the cook sit down with his breakfast, at this time there was 1 other table besides ours left in the entire place, my husband approached the cook and asked about our breakfast, he apologized and jumped up, my husband stated don't bother we are leaving, now mind you the waitress was rude upon entry, she at this point yells across the place and says as were leaving"oops, I'm only human, have a nice day". Wow we have never been treated so poorly.

Definitely a mixed experience. The food was superb, (I had the chicken sandwich), the atmosphere is dated but charming. Portions are perfect.There are a few problems, though.The service was friendly, but that's about it. I would have preferred them to come around to ask for refills and such (especially considering the restaurant was almost empty), but they opted to sit at a table and chat over their own drinks.Cash or check only- there's an ATM inside, so it's not terrible, but the fee is still unexpected and mildly annoying.The prices seem a bit high, but I'd likely pay again were I in the area.

Wanted to say thank you to the waitress Christina and the cook for staying open just a little past closing to let us order our take out food.the inlaws were visiting for the night and we missed the deli.the berry patch was just closing but they were kind enough to let us get food.thanks again.(the burgers and fries were so good too) awesome service and great food.ty:)

Good food not to bad prices.

The BEST burgers ever! Billy consistently provides outstanding food. It's our new favorite!

The food is ok but overpriced. We swung in on a Sunday morning and were seated right away. The interior is hard and cold. Service was ok. Food was out quickly but was super over salted. French fries are shoestring but not worth the $1.50.

Not impressed at all and cash only 😓

We just stopped in for I've cream. We for a double on waffle cone. By the time she finished piling it on, it was closer to five scoops. Still charged for a double. It was a quaint little place. Well kept. Glad we stopped.

Poor service and average food...... I can tolerate poor service and really good food.... it's a bad combination at this place.

First our order took nearly 40 mins for a to go burger and chicken strips, seems like a lot for a not-very-busy place. My chicken strips were good, and a good amount for the price imo, but the fries are terrible; Hard and chewy and shoe string btw. The only special request on food was add mustard on the burger, get home and no mustard. Not all bad, but there are better places near by for sure.

Food was ok not bad but not that great either, for 3 people to eat it was $85 so not worth it will not go back

CASH ONLY. That's the most important thing you have to know about the Berry Patch. It's not obvious upon entering, but there is an ATM inside. Better than a decade ago when you had to run over to Jack's or the bank down the street while the family waited inside.Now that we're straight, nice food and nice people. Typical American menu, but a good variety of burgers, hot and cold sandwiches, some soups and salads, and ice cream deserts. The shoestring fries are pretty tasty. There are specials which are also good plates.There's more seating inside than looks like it from outside. If yours is a large group, they would be able to accommodate you so long as you were the only such group.

Food was good but spendy for what it was.service was slow waitress was rude she actually told my bf to hurry up and order after telling him they were out of what he wanted. I was a waitress she didn't have any other customers needing to order there is no excuse would not ever go back

Cozy little diner with a basic menu and some rotating specials. Portions are good, service is efficient, prices are in line with other area restaurants. If you need a quick, tasty bite and can pay in cash or check, this is your spot!

Service is good. Food is good depending on what you get.I recommend the burgers. Really good.I do NOT recommend the hot turkey sandwich. It's a few pieces of pressed lunchmeat on a piece of bread with starch gravy.

It's one of our favorite places to go in Ocean Park. We have breakfast there every time we are there.

Burger and take tots were good.Chef salad was not good at all.Clam chowder was ok, not very flavorful.Soda tasted bad, like the lines haven’t been cleaned. I took two sips and asked for water.Service was not good. I had to go refill my own water, and then go to the register after waiting a while for our bill, which never came. Service wasn’t terrible, it just wasn’t very good.

Everything was absolutely scrumptious! Cozy, clean, and wonderful service!

Oh so good Salmon Burgers! An unpretentious eatery with gourmet cookery in Ocean Park. A place to meet some very interesting people who are locals.

It was ok for a cheap and relatively fast breakfast. The food was average, but the hot chocolate presentation was cute. I won't go back.

The food was great! Great customer service and the cook even came out to make sure the hot sauce that they make was not to hot for my son before he made his food. Definitely coming back when we come back to visit!

What a charming little place. It seems it's the local spot and the halibut fish &chips was great. The server was very friendly as well. Nothing fancy but good food with a smile

Very disappointed. We arrived 10 minutes after last call for breakfast. There were 2 others halfway done with their meals with no others waiting for food. We asked if they were able to still do breakfast and before we could get the question out, the waitress repeatedly said "no no no! We have to have the grill available for lunch ". Only one other couple came in right before we finished our lunch and they asked for breakfast as well! The staff was not wearing masks or gloves. Very disappointed. The food was not worth the poor service.

Waitress was very pleasant and friendly. I asked for a dinner salad with a chicken breast on the side as I didn't want a huge salad. She put my order in and the cook made such a big deal about it.... She talked to the waitress loud and rude... Really offended me, especially for the waitress . Was it too much to ask for? Life's to short to work with people like that. Won't be going back, cause the cook sucks!!!!

Our server was pleasant. And the food was quickly prepared. I had the bacon cheeseburger and fries and my daughter had the chicken strips and fries. My burger was huge and yummy, just a little to much mayo for me tho. I didn't try my daughters strips tho. Prices were a little shocking to me but I guess that's what you can expect when there aren't that many food places around.

Possibly was just bad time to be there and staff got swamped. However the service was quite disorganized and the server was becoming vocally stressed as she went about the restaurant.

Clam chowder was really good, ordered it Togo, took home and was pleasantly surprised. The service was amazing!! We will order clam chowder there again

Delicious we had the steak sandwich and onion rings yummo!! Staff was kind and very on point.

Just stopped by this place and the food was so good, we had the onion rings, clam chowder, Mac and cheese and lastly a Cheeseburger. Not only that, the service was great and so were the other customers. Fun place, Check it out if you are in the area!!

Great Food!! Excellent Monte Cristo’s. Friendly service. Highly recommend!!. Going back for dinner tonight!. Take out service is excellent with plenty of condiments and plastic utensils.

This small restaurant is a local "hangout". It has daily soup, lunch and dinner specials. Seafood, chicken, sandwiches, and icecream. There IS, "summer" seating on a deck out back.

Friendly staff and enjoyed the halibut and fish.
